Player settings icons are not retrieved when using "PlayerSettings.GetIcons" method on PS4, PS5, Xbox
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-94979” project
2. Run the “PlayerSettings.GetIcons” function (Tools > Get Icons)
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Default icon or all Overrides are printed out
Actual result: No icons are found
Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
* Changing “NamedBuildTarget” or “BuildTargetGroup” from “Standalone” to “Unknown”, retrieves the Default icon
* 2022.3: Icon sizes array is always 8. 6000.0: Icon sizes array is always 0
