[Vulkan] [LWRP] Objects flicker in different colors when LWRP is used with Subscenes
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build and run to Android device
Actual result: The scene is flickering with different colors
Expected result: It should not flicker
Reproduced with: 2019.1.14f1; 2019.2.4f; 2020.1.0a3
Can't check on lower versions due to errors.
Tested and reproduced in:

Note: Happens on Vulkan and Metal on the editor as well
