Emojis with different skin tone options show incorrectly when "Multi Atlas Textures" is enabled in the Font Asset Properties

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-108396” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy, click on the “Text (TMP)” GameObject
4. Click on the “Text Input” Component in the Inspector
5. Open the Emoji keyboard with the shortcut “Windows Key + .”
6. In the Emoji keyboard search bar, search for “woman”
7. Click a skin tone circle then click on the first woman emoji
8. Repeat step 7 until for each skin tone
9. Observe the result in the Game View

Expected result: The different skin toned woman Emojis show
Actual result: Only one variation of the woman Emoji shows

Reproducible with: 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2

Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
