vu meter decays when paused
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open VJDemo scene
3. enter play mode
4. Pause play mode
Expected result: Mixer is paused alongside the scene
Actual result" Mixers VU meters drop

The project contains very simple sound scene, mainly used to test Audio Mixers.
VU Meters evaluate the sound even when the scene is paused.
