[VSCode] Opening .csproj folder is not opened when opening a C# script in the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a new C# script
3. Double-click the script to open it inside VS Code
Expected result: Project Path root is opened together with the script
Actual result: Only the 'test.cs' is opened in the VS Code
Reproducible with: 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a10
Couldn't test with: 2018.4 (package is not supported)
Reproducible with package versions: 1.1.3, 1.2.0
Couldn't test with package versions 1.1.2 and below (VSCode is not opened when double-clicking the script)
Note: Opening the project through "Open C# Project" also reproduce the issue
