[VR] Non Head-Mounted Stereo only renders 1 eye with OpenGL & AntiAliasing enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the latest attached project(Stripped.zip)
2. Build for standalone
3. Launch build with Stereo 3D enabled
Expected result: both eyes render
Actual result: only 1 eye renders
Reproduced on 2017.3.1f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.3.a3
Not reproducible on DirectX

Latest issues
- Memory leak warnings are constantly thrown when Generating Font Atlas in Font Asset Creator with 4096x8192 Atlas Resolution
- “Glyph rendering has been aborted due to sampling point size” Log is printed and Font Atlas is not generated when Atlas Resolution is 8192x8192, and the Render Mode is SDF
