[VR]HMD always takes input from a selected display for the game view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter play mode with Vive connected
3. In the game window, switch displays between 1 2 and 3
Expected result: HMD takes input from display1, allowing other info to be viewed on other screens
Actual result: HMD takes input from selected display, even if camera rendering is set to None(Main Display)(results in freeze frame)
Reproduced on 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0p3 2017.1.0b2
