[VR] GetStereoProjectionMatrix is incorrectly calculated for Oculus
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Set Stereo-Mode to Multi-Pass
3. Enter Playmode
4. Observe objects(column) in front
Expected result: reflection is visible normally
Actual result: reflection is offset
Reproduced on 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.3.0p1, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
