[VR][Android] Stereo Rendering Path check shader renders at the wrong color for Single Pass

Device: Pixel 2
SDK: Cardboard
API: GLES3
Rendering: Single Pass

In the attached project, the shader on the cube should detect which rendering path is being used. When Single Path is used, the cube shows as white rather than green.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Build the project with the settings specified above
2) Observe the cube is white instead of green

EDIT: also occurs on Galaxy S8/Daydream. Cube appears red instead of green
