[Volumetric clouds] Very low camera far plane results in fog not being rendered properly in front of non-local clouds
Repro:
1. set camera far plane to 100m
2. set volumetric clouds to non-local mode
3. increase the fog density (reduce attenuation, or increase fog distance)
Bug: see that the clouds are not receiving fog in front of them properly (fog might look as it is only rendered behind them)
