Volumetric Cloud shadows jitter when moving in Scene/Game view
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_1355981.zip"
2. Enter Scene "CloudShadow" (Assets>1355981_CloudShadow)
3. In the Scene view move left and right and observe the shadows
Expected result: The shadows are still
Actual result: The shadows jitter
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a7)
Can't test with: 11.0.0 and lower - 2021.1.20f1, 2020.3.18f1 (there's no Volumetric Clouds Volume Override)

Resolution Note:
There was a recent fix that reduces that issue significantly, but it doesn't completely remove it as there's a limitation in our shadow technique
