Hierarchy cannot be scrolled horizontally
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Create a new GameObject
3. Rename GameObject to a long name
4. Try scrolling horizontally in the Hierarchy
Actual results: Horizontal scrolling is not possible
Expected results: Hierarchy scrolls horizontally
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1, * 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4
Tested on (OS):* macOS Sequoia 15.5 (Intel)
Note: Issue is also reproducible when there’s a lot of nested GameObjects
