Visual Studio is preselected when installing an Editor version
Reproduction steps:
1. Click Installs > Install Editor
2. Select an Editor to Install
Expected result: Visual Studio is not preselected under Dev Tools
Actual result: Visual Studio is preselected
Reproducible with: 3.2.0

Resolution Note:
This is working as designed. Because Visual Studio is required to use the Unity Editor, it is preselected the first time you install an Editor. On subsequent installs, it is not preselected and notes that it is currently installed.
