Visual Studio is not opening when ReSharper is installed/enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Install ReSharper
2. Enable it in Visual Studio (when opening VS after install it should ask about enabling ReSharper, if it doesn't you should be able to enable it in VS menu Tools -> Options -> ReSharper)
3. Open Unity project which has some scripts
4. Make sure that in Unity Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools external script editor is set to VS
5. Double click on script
6. While opening Visual Studio, Unity opens MonoDevelop
Workaround: one should suspend ReSharper (like in step 2)
