Visual Studio 2010 overrides Monodevelop
To reproduce:
a) Have Visual Studio 2010 SP1 installed
b) Create new project
c) Add a C# script
d) Make sure in "Edit/Preferences/External Tools" that MonoDevelop is selected as script editor
e) Open created script from project view, it gets opened with VS2010
Also, loading bars for opening script in VS2010 only appear if VS2010 is set as script editor
