Visual Scripting On Input System Event doesn't log Input Vector until it reaches 0.5+ value
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Move the left stick on the controller in any direction
Expected result: Console logs stick movement starting from 0.0 to 1.0
Actual result: Console logs stick movement starting from 0.5 to 1.0
Reproducible with: 1.7.7 (2021.3.0f1), 1.7.8 (2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.6 (2021.3.0f1)
Couldn’t test with: 1.4.16 (2020.3.42f1) - Missing functionality with Bolt → Input System
Reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel), Xbox One Wireless Controller
