[Visual Scripting] Line below the Search box is sometimes visible when hovering on function in the functions list
*Reproducible with:*
* VS version: 1.5.2 - 1.7.1, 1.7.2
* Unity Version: 2021.1.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a18
* Platform: Windows 10
*How to reproduce:*
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project window, open Test asset
3. Right-click almost at the bottom of the window to open the fuzzy finder and hover on Codebase function (observe the line under the Search box)
4. Hover on This function (observe that there is no line under the Search box)
*Actual result:*
* The line is visible only when hovered on some functions
*Expected result:*
* The line is visible when hovered on all/none functions
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.10f1 (Visual Scripting is not available)

This will not be fixed
Resolution Note (1.7.X):
The fix will take too much time for the value-added to the end-user, this not prevents the user from using the fuzzy finder and its occurrence is not high.
The fuzzy finder will be replaced for "Item Library"
