[Visual Effect Graph] Tooltip for properties under "World to Local" and "Local to World" Node are not aligned
Tooltip for "position, angles, scale" properties under "World to Local" and "Local to World" are not aligned, does not appear besides property on which mouse is hovered, refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Windows > Package Manager > Visual Effects Graph > Install
3. Project > right-click > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Subgraph Block
4. New VFX Subgrapg Block > Right-click > Create Node > BuiltIn > World to Local (BuiltIn) AND Local To World(BuiltIn)
5. Hover mouse on "position" or "angles" or "scale" dropdown icon to see Tooltip
Actual Result:
Tooltip for properties under "World to Local" and "Local to World" are not aligned
Expected Result:
Tooltip for properties appears besides property on which mouse is hovered
Reproducible in:
2020.1.0a9, 2020.1.0a5.
Working fine on:
2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b7
Package version found: 7.1.2, 7.1.1.
NOTE:
Visual Effect Graph is introduced in 2019.3.0a10.
Environment:
Occurs only on Windows 10
