View inside the Build is distorted when using the Graphics Compositor and resizing the window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Enable the Graphics Compositor (Window -> Render Pipeline -> Graphics Compositor -> Enable Compositor)
3. Open the Player settings (Edit -> Project settings -> Player)
4. In the Resolution and Presentation tab set Fullscreen mode as "Windowed" and check "Resizable Window"
5. Build and Run the project
6. Change the height of the application window
7. Observe the application
Expected results: The objects in the application are scaled appropriately
Actual results: The objects in the application are distorted
Reproducible with: 10.4.0 (2020.3.4f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.4f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a14)
Can not test with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.23f1), 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.34f1) (Graphics Compositor not available)
