[VideoPlayer] Higher resolution VP8 video is very choppy on Samsung Galaxy S3
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run Render Texture scene
3. Play video (you can change it to another video)
Result: notice that video and audio are very choppy
Tested devices (reproducible):
Samsung Galaxy S III [GT-I9300], OS 4.3, ARM Mali-400 MP, Samsung Exynos
Videos(reproducible):
VP8_HD_720p.webm, 1280x720, V_VP8, 3 515 kb/s, Vorbis, 2, 44.1 kHz
VP8_HD_1080p.webm, 1920x1080, V_VP8,7 564 kb/s, Vorbis, 2, 44.1 kHz
Reproducible: 2017.2.0a1 (80d4f3edb54f) trunk, 2017.1.0b6, 5.6.1p1
Fix: now result is the same as with builtin media player VP8_HD_720p.webm plays just fine, VP8_HD_1080p.webm is choppy
