VideoPlayer.loopPointReached invokes twice when WaitForFirstFrame is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Video Test.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: One message should be printed
Actual result: Two messages are printed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 15.3.1 (ARM and Intel)
