[VideoPlayer] Calling Play(), after webm video is done playing once, doesn't play video
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play Sample Scene
3. Press on Play button and let video play till the end
4. When video is finished press Play button again
Result: you can hear audio for few second but video doesn't play
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a1 (dff33b0a73e2)
Not reproducible: 2018.2.0b6
