Video Imported Size is bigger than the Original Size when compressing it with Codec set to VP8 or Auto
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "VP8_Video_ReproProject.zip"
2. In the Assets folder locate "H0L-01 Choice 01 Smaller.mp4", "H0L-01 Choice 01 Tiny.mp4" and "H0L-01 Choice 01.mp4" videos
3. Open one of them
4. In the Inspector Import Settings make sure that the Codec is set to Auto or VP8
5. In the Inspector from the dropdown menu where the filename is visible select Source info
6. Observe Original Size and Imported Size values
Expected result: Imported Size value is smaller than the Original Size
Actual result: Imported Size value is significantly larger than the Original Size, sometimes it doubles in size
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9
Notes:
- Originally user reported, that a video with 640x480 Pixels Imported size is smaller than the Original Size
- Doesn't reproduce with Codec set to H265, H264
