[OSX] Video glitching when Spatial quality is set to high
To reproduce:
1. Build and run project for Mac Standalone
2. Click "Big video" button
3. Notice that video is glitching
Reproducible: 2017.1.1p3, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b2, 2018.3.0a1
Not reproducible with medium and low spatial quality settings.
Reproducible on both, VP8 and H264 codecs
Not reproducible on Windows 10.
