VFX Templates: Template tiles minimisation become uneven during window resizing
How to reproduce:
- Open HUB
- Create 3D(HDRP) project
- Create a visual effect graph in the "Project" window (Create->Visual Effects-> Visual Effect Graph)
- Verify, that the"Create new VFX Asset" window becomes displayed
- Try to resize the templates section
- Observe the templates section UI
Expected result: Minimising should be possible until it reaches a minimum size that still neatly renders the template tiles. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Actual result: Minimization is not controlled. It distorts template tiles and even hides them completely. Added video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a14), 16.0.3 (2023.2.0b7).
