[VFX Graph] "Empty Subgraph Operator" node name is clipped with dropdown icon
"Empty Subgraph Operator" node name is clipped with a dropdown icon, refer the attached screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Windows > Package Manager > Visual Effects Graph(7.1.7) > Install
3. Project > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
4. Project > New VFX Graph > Open
5. Create node > Empty Subgraph Operator node
Actual Result:
"Empty Subgraph Operator" node name is clipped
Expected Result:
"Empty Subgraph Operator" node name should be visible clearly
Tested with Unity version:
2020.1.0a18, 2019.3.0f5
Package found version: 7.1.7, 7.1.6
Package version working fine: 7.1.5, 7.1.1, 7.0.0
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14

Resolution Note:
This is known that measurment of text when we are at zomm level different from 100% is incorrect. This is a known uielement issue.
