Game view is rendered white when viewing the Editor with HDR display and Post Proccesing is enabled on the Main Camera with 2D URP
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure a display with HDR supported is available for testing
2. Make sure to enable HDR support on window display setting
3. Make sure the display monitor HDR support is enable
4. Open the attached “IN-101850.zip” project
5. Open the “SampleScene”
6. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The Scene is rendered correctly in the Game view
Actual result: The Game view is rendered fully white
Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.31f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
