VFX Graph disappears when panning camera, both in scene and game view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (vfx_test_scene.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Make sure that fireworks VFX graph game object is visible in the scene view
4. Pan the camera closely to the fireworks
5. Notice that the effects disappear
Notes:
- Reproduces both in scene and game views
- Observed in Unity 2020.1.15f1 on Windows
