Vertices Deformation when exporting animations from 3ds/MAX
How to reproduce:
1. Open the given Unity project
2. Enter play mode
3. Press left control button to crouch
-- Pants seems to be deformed. Especially at the butt area. However, I used the same models and attached to the same project(you can see a bigger character and pants were added in 3ds/max not in Unity) and everything was alright.
Expected result: When the character crouched all its parts should remain in the same shape
Actual result: When the character crouched his pants become deformed
Reproducible with: 5.5.1f1, 5.6.3.p4, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.3.0b3

Resolution Note:
Only instance of that issue. Not enough occurrences for this to become high priority for the team. Should use Generic + Anim. Compression Off + Resample Curves disabled as a workaround.
