Vertical ellipsis symbol is displayed outside 'Presets' panel bounds
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached '19.3.0b4 URP.zip' project
2. Select > Assets > Editor > Gradients > Edit
Expected result: Vertical ellipsis symbol is displayed inside 'Presets' panel bounds
Actual result: Vertical ellipsis symbol is displayed outside 'Presets' panel bounds
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0a2
Note: Vertical ellipsis is also presented as three vertical dots
