[VCS] TextMeshPro Style Sheet and Font Asset Inspectors can be edited without Checking Out the file
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project in your preferred workspace and open it
2. Connect it to Perforce
3. Create a new TextMeshPro Style Sheet asset (In the Project Window: Right-Click -> Create -> TextMeshPro -> Style Sheet)
4. Submit it and observe its Inspector
Expected result: the "Opening Tags" and "Closing Tags" fields are disabled/greyed out
Actual result: the "Opening Tags" and "Closing Tags" fields are not greyed and can be edited without checking out the file first
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a12, 2019.3.0b10, 2019.2.12f1, 2018.4.12f1
