Value returned by AudioSettings.outputSampleRate is wrong on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "BugRepro"
3. Enter play mode
4. Look at the console - the AudioSettings.outputSampleRate and the real sample rate are printed. They do not match on windows.
This issue does not occur on Mac
