[UX] Blackboard parameters cannot replace inputs connected to another instance of the same parameter
Repro steps:
1. Create a blackboard parameter (i.e. a float)
2. Connect that parameter to another block or node
3. Duplicate the parameter and attempt to connect it to the same input
Expected result: the new noodle to replace the old one.
Actual result: nothing happens.
