[UWP] Universal 10 D3D fails to launch using "Build and run" from editor
Reproducible on 5.2;
Repro steps:
1. create an empty project;
2. build and run to Universal 10 D3D;
Error from the console:
Exception: Failed to build Visual Studio project using arguments 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\Tools\..\IDE\devenv.exe "C:\\Users\\UserDir\\Downloads\\New Unity Project 1\\v12\New Unity Project 1.sln" /deploy "Master|x86"'.
