[UWP] Unable to build/deploy a solution/app under il2cpp in 2018.1.0b9, CopyFileW namespace can not be found
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build under il2cpp
4. Open VS solution
5. Deploy on a Local machine
6. Observe the errors
Actual results: Unable to build a Visual Studio solution/app
Expected: Build a solution/app normally
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2018.1.0b8

We are having the same issue on one build machine. The exact same project works on a different machine though. It must have something to do with how the Windows 10 UWP SDK gets installed. It's probably not related to Unity.
