UWP builds do not distinguish between left and right shift keys when checking input
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Enter Play mode, while observing the text field, press left and right shift
3. Build and run project for UWP
4. While UWP build running, repeat step 2
Expected: Left and right shift is identified accordingly
Actual: both shift buttons are identified as Left Shift
Reproduced in: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b10, 2018.1.0a5
