Using OverrideGeometry on instantiated sprite produces different results in build than in editor with new SpriteAtlas asset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run for Windows standalone
Result: instantiated sprite that OverrideGeometry was used on is now blue
Expected result: sprite should be yellow, just like in editor
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b2
