[ProBuilder] Inverted normals are formed when using bezel function on Poly Shape mesh's edges
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Project and install ProBuilder Package
2. Open ProBuilder Window at Toolbar -> Tools -> ProBuilder
3. Create a Poly Shape with a complex shape
4. With Edge Selection tool, select several edges on the Poly Shape
5. Inside ProBuilder Window, Bevel the edges
Expected: All the new faces will have correct normals
Actual: Some of the new faces have incorrect normals
Reproduces on: Unity Versions 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a7 and Package Version 4.0.2
