[URP][XR] URP 2D/Sprite-Lit-Default shader renders only in one eye when using Stereo Instancing
How to reproduce:
1. Open SampleScene from "XRSprite_URP.zip"
2. Start Play mode and check VR view
Expected result: All sprites display correctly in both eyes
Actual result: The bottom white sprite is visible only in the left eye
Reproducible with: 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4, 2018.4 - URP not supported
Reproducible with package versions: 7.3.1, 8.0.1, 9.0.0-preview.14
Workaround: Edit the shader with changes described in https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SinglePassInstancing.html
