[URP] "Upgraded renderer UniversalRenderer" warning when creating URP Template project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new 3D URP Template project
2. Observe Console window
Expected result: No warnings
Actual result: "Upgraded renderer UniversalRenderer at Assets/Settings/UniversalRenderer.asset. You should only see this if you are upgrading from 2021.2 Alpha/Beta cycle." warning
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.23f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a10
