Low performance when multiple meshes using BlendShape are rendered on screen
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-137680_BlendShapePerformance_6000_2_10_f1.zip" project
2. Open the "OutdoorsScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Enable Stats in the Game view
5. Observe the Statistics
Actual result: Performance is low, with only around 8-11 FPS
Expected result: No performance issues
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.2.0a9, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.2.0a8 (6bc6fbc26ac6)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (By user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
