[URP] [TerrainTools] meta data file warning appears when installing TerrainTools with URP set
When Terrain Tools 4.0.0-pre.1 is installed into a project with the URP Template, a meta file warning appears.
Repro Steps:
1. Install Version: 2021.2.0a12
2. Create a new project with the URP template
3. Install Terrain Tools package 4.0.0-pre.1
Actual Results:
A warning appears
Expected Results:
No warnings or exceptions would appear when installing the TerrainTools package
