[URP] Spotlights get cut off when looking from a certain angle with Forward+ Rendering path
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-87341” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The spotlight is projected smoothly over the surface
Actual result: The spotlight is cut off in the middle
Reproducible with: 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.25f1, 6000.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.21f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.45f1 (Forward+ Rendering path is not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Also reproducible in Player
