[URP] Material icons in Project tab are broken after switching to URP
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Create a new Material
3. Install Universal RP from the package manager
4. Select the new material -> Shader -> Universal Render Pipeline -> Lit
5. Create a new Rendering asset (Create -> Rendering -> URP Asset)
6. Edit -> Project settings -> Graphics -> Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings and select the new URP Asset
7. Observe the Material (you can reimport it as well)
Expected result: Material icons in Project tab and in Inspector tab are matching
Actual result: Project tab material icon is Pink/Black/White/Empty(full icon is grey)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a26
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.2.0a21
Tested on: MacBook Pro M1 Max
Workaround: Change "Base Map" color of the material and change it back

this bug makes it really time consuming to build environments as there is no visual cue for any materials or environment objects in project view
