URP has no gamma correction for LightProbes
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "1268911.zip" and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Navigate to Edit/Project Settings/Player
3. Set Other Settings/Color Space to Gamma
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Realtime and Light Probe Lighting is rendered properly
Actual result: Realtime and Light Probe Lighting is too dark
Reproducible with: 7.5.1 - 10.1.0(2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1(URP is not supported)
