[URP] FOV input in Camera inspector component doesn't reflect the angle correctly, when typing the value
Repro steps:
* Start a new project with the URP Core template
* To make it easier to notice the camera changes, add a 3d cube to the scene
* In the Sample Scene, select the Main Camera
* Look for the FOV property in the Inspector
* Switch to Game View
* Move the FOV slider until you get to 65, for example
* Notice how the Game View changes
* Try to type the FOV value instead
* Notice it behaves completely differently and the Game View gets distorted
Reproducible in 2023.2.0b2, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible in 2023.1.6f1, 2023.3.0a2
