[URP] Bake Indirect lighting generates an artifact in a specific area
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Generate Lighting
3. Observe the Scene and Game Views
Actual: An artifact is generated in the scene
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a7, 2020.1.0a18
Fixed in 2020.1.0a7
Notes:
- Changing Lighting Mode to Subtractive and regenerating lighting fixes the issue
- Doesn't reproduce on Mac Metal/OpenGLCore
- Reproduces on Windows Vulkan/D11/OpenGLCore
