[URP] All Pixel lighting variants are stripped in the mobile player when at least one URP asset has Additional Lights set not to “Per Pixel”
How to reproduce:
1. Build the attached project “LightIssue.zip” on a mobile device
2. Observe the ground
Expected result: Light is visible on the ground
Actual result: Light is not visible on the ground or it’s visible very slightly
Reproducible with: 10.2.1 (2020.2.0b12), 10.10.1 (2020.3.42f1), 12.1.8 (2021.3.14f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.23f1), 14.0.4 (2022.2.0f1), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a21)
Not reproducible with: 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12)

- Not reproducible in the Editor and in the Standalone macOS Player
- Issue was reproducible in fixed editor 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12) with iPhone 14 Pro Max

Resolution Note:
The Quality Level set as default for iOS is the one that uses UniversalRP-MediumQuality asset. So changing the Medium asset to use Per Vertex additional lights will make it use that in the build at the start.

We don't support 2022.1 tech stream anymore.
