Window with 'hasUnsavedChanges' set to true is not being saved when closed with Middle Mouse Button
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project 'changes.zip'
2. Open SaveChangesWindow by going Test > SaveChangesWindow
3. Click 'Set Unsaved' button in SaveChangesWindow
4. Close SaveChangesWindow by clicking its name with Middle Mouse Button
Expected result: Unsaved Changes Detected popup is displayed asking for changes to be saved and changes are saved
Actual result: Popup isn't being displayed and changes are not being saved
Reproducible with: 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1 (No such method)
