[Universal RP] warnings spam console: Property exceeds previous array size (256 vs. 32). Cap to previous size.
Steps to repro:
1. open attached repro project
(or make a new Universal template project and add some point lights under an empty called FarLights)
2. Window > package manager
3. upgrade Universal RP to 8.0.1
4. observe warnings in console
5. move FarLights
6. observe new warnings warning in console
Repro: 2020.2.0a9 + SRP 8.0.1 (upgraded from 7.1.7)
Note: editor restart fixed the warnings

Please re-open this issue. It's a real issue, and the linked one was closed as "restarting the editor is acceptable".
